Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance (QA) is guided by the NSWC Quality Management Plan, which we develop in collaboration with NSWC. By adhering to this plan, quality will be built in, not inspected in. One element of the plan is quality measurements and management reviews directed to every subtask-level activity. Another QA element plan is collaborative peer reviews. This will ensure the delivery of quality, on-time products, technical documents and management reports within the established task ceiling.
